Design has become table stakes for many major corporations, but leadership and culture have not caught up with the momentum. There’s a huge need for increasing understanding around design operations and how to lead design successfully.
To combat this, Elisa and partners are organizing a not-for-profit event on how to scale product and service design operations, build design culture, and increase design maturity. Together, our purpose is to educate and inspire people.
Day 1: Conference
A day tailored to corporate design and product leadership and business decision-makers, to learn what it takes to scale up and lead a major design operation successfully.

A day for hands-on learning and workshops, to cover topics like stakeholder management, design’s role in business, or change management in design. And more!
